This year, the International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra will play two symphonic concerts in two extraordinary concert halls. August 22, 2024 we will play in the golden hall of the Szczecin Philharmonic, which has been ILYO's home since the very beginning of the project. August 24, 2024 we will make our debut on the prestigious stage of the Krzysztof Penderecki European Center for Music in Lusławice as part of the Emanacje Festival.

The long awaited auditions results for the 12th edition of the International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra are now revealed. The level of this year's applications was not only very high but also even. The tutors faced a very difficult task to choose ILYO 2024 members. Due to the record number of applications, the competition this year was extremely fierce as well. Thank you for every application. We congratulate those of you who will find their names on the list below but we would also like to thank those who will not find themselves on it. We hope that you will join ILYO next year.

We are experiencing a technical problem on our website. Some visitors on the ILYO 2024 website may see content from last year's edition, especially if they visited our website in 2023 and saved its subpages in the "favorites" tab.

We therefore confirm that the only valid application deadline for 2024 is April 30, till 23:59 CET (NOT May 15).

We have opened the auditions for the International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra 2024, which means that from today, i.e. March 1 to April 30, you can take part in our 100% online auditions for our unique orchestral workshop.
