Agata Cieplińska - violinist and artistic project manager
In the ILYO team she takes care of… you! From supervising the auditions, responding to e-mails, to the entire organization and course of workshops at the Szczecin Philharmonic. She watches over literally every detail. In 2017, she played in the International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra herself, so she knows perfectly well what it looks like from your perspective. She became associated with the Szczecin Philharmonic for a long time thanks to the Music.Multimedia.Management program, which moved her from behind the desk to backstage. He has been working with ILYO as a coordinator since 2022.
She is a graduate of the Hochschule der Künste in Bern and the F. Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. In addition to ILYO, she participated in other orchestral projects such as the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester, the International Orchestra Institute Attergau (a project of the Vienna Philharmonic), and the Santander Orchestra. She was also a member of the Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra Academy.

She has watched all seasons of Narcos and can be easily found enjoying movies in the cinema. She doesn't like to cook, but loves eating well. For her, Asian cuisine wins over all others.

Aleksandra bednarska - marketing and promotion coordinator
In the ILYO team she is the one responsible for the entire promotion and marketing of the project. So anything you see and read on our official social media and website, comes from her. She also replies to all your emails related to technical issues related to registration, prepares your certificates (together with the Szczecin Philharmonic graphic designer) and stays in touch with the media.
She has been working with the Szczecin Philharmonic Promotion Department for 3 years now, and is involved in the International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra since 2022. Former tour leader in Africa and Asia, then translator and marketing specialist in a big multinational, she quitted her corporate job to get involved in culture and classical music especially. And she doesn’t regret it.

She loves dogs (her own adopted one beyond words), plants (proud owner of a mini jungle at home) and classical music (since time immemorial her favorite band was always the symphony orchestra,...sometimes mixed with Nirvana). She is als a brand fresh PhD title holder in the field of cultural studies.
