Manuel Göttsching is a guitarist who has substantially influenced the German electronic music scene. In playing in bands Ash Ra Tempel and Ashra as well as performing solo, he earned his place on the musical map next to such stars Tangerine Dream and Kraftwerk.

Both at the beginning of his career in the 1970s and much later at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, he had performed live on stage with Klaus Schulze. He will give a concert at the Philharmonic in Szczecin in one week’s time on 27th April (Thursday) at 19:00. Tickets from 70-30pln may be purchased at the ticket office of the Philharmonic as well as online at filharmonia.szczecin.pl.
During the Szczecin concert, compositions from the 1975 album “Inventions for Electric Guitar” will fill the Symphony Hall. This time, Manuel Göttschingwill will play these compositions accompanied by the Danish guitar sextet Cirklen.
