Music.Multimedia.Management is a two-year MMM program which will be developing the competences of specialists in the international cultural sector.
Starting with the free on-line courses scheduled for May-June 2021, the selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in a 2-week internship at the project partners' premises, and then qualify for a two-month paid internship in Poland or Norway.
Each module of the program consists of a series of webinars and lectures conducted in English by the wide group of experts from around the world. The list of modules is varied and includes not only the audience development and music education, but also the impresario, team management, art curation, sound (design and engineering), and light and multimedia.
Grzegorz Kotow – a music impresario and culture animator, the founder of "Liu Kotow International Management & Promotion" after 20 years of concert career as a violinist. As a manager, next to working with world-class artists, he is not only using his experience but he is also passionate about building the careers of young talents, such as recently the Korean violinist Bomsori Kim. Before becoming an artistic manager, as the founding member of the Szymanowski Quartet, he regularly performed in prestigious concert halls of the world – New York's Carnegie Hall, London's Wigmore Hall, Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Musikverein in Vienna, Philharmonie de Paris, and regularly appeared at international festivals and competitions.
He was the artistic director and advisor of music festivals and concert series in Europe and the president of the Hannover Society for Contemporary Music. What is more, he also was an advisor of Taiwan Strings Chamber Orchestra. Currently he is the program advisor of the Montafoner Resonanzen Festival in Austria. As a lecturer at the Hochschule fuer Musik, Medien und Theater Hannover, Grzegorz Kotów was regularly invited to the guest lectures. He is the juror of international music competitions as well. In 2006, he was awarded with the Badge of Merit for Polish Culture.
All registered people will have the access to an introductory masterclass introducing the subject of each module and introducing tutors.
The second stage of the recruitment will take place from April 1st to May 5th, and then will be able to choose the module you are interested in.
