Artur Rozmysłowicz - violas - NFM Wrocław Philharmonic
Leader of the viola group of the NFM Wrocław Philharmonic (one of the finest orchestras in Poland), member of the Lutosławski Quartet and teacher at the K. Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław (Poland). Artur Rozmysłowicz is a graduate of the F. Chopin Academy of Music (currently the F. Chopin University of Music) in Warsaw in the viola class of Błażej Sroczyński. From 2004 to 2006, he was a scholarship holder of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London in Jack Glickman's master class.
He improved his skills, among others: under the guidance of P. Zukerman, M. Tree, S. Kamasa, S. Popov, members of the Guarneri Quartet, Takács Quartet, Heine Quartet and the Silesian Quartet.
He has participated many times in music festivals, such as: Warsaw Autumn, Ensemble International Chamber Music Festival, Wratislavia Cantans, Beethoven Festival, Łańcuch, La Frentana, Jazztopad, Pacific Music Festival, Paxos International Music Festival, Music on the Summits, Chopin and his Europe, Musical Spaces, Tansmania, and Klara Festival.
As a chamber musician, he also performed at theater festivals, including: Edinburgh Festival Fringe and SESC Belenzinho (São Paulo). He collaborated with the London Symphony Orchestra, National Basque Orchestra, Sinfonia Juventus, Polish Radio Orchestra (currently Polish Radio Orchestra), World Orchestra For Peace. He also performed under many outstanding conductors, including: Jacek Kaspszyk, Gabriel Chmura, Michael Tilson Thomas, Valery Gergiev, Colin Davis, Yakov Kreizberg.
He has performed in most countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
