Security procedure for event participants
We would like to remind you that people staying at the Philharmonic are obliged to follow the Security Procedure for event participants/guests of the Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin during the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic. The full text, which should be read, can be found HERE.
Essential tips for music lovers:
- cover your mouth and nose, disinfect your hands (the liquid is generally available at the facility) and keep safe distances (at least 1.5 m);
- we prefer cashless payments;
- participation in the event depends on the guest's obligatory written declaration that, to the best of his knowledge, they are not an infected person and are not in quarantine or under epidemiological supervision (the template is attached as Annex 1 to the Security Procedure);
- we recommend that you print the declaration template before arriving at the Philharmonic; the statement and a valid ticket should be presented to an usher before entering the event and left in the building in a designated place.
More detailed guidelines can be found in the said
Security Procedure.
We would like to inform you that the Philharmonic actions in Szczecin are in line with the guidelines of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, the Minister of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspector are intended to minimize the possibility of COVID-19 infection. Thank you for your support and understanding. We are delighted to see you at special events soon.

Online tickets and access to the concert streaming platform
Ladies and Gentlemen, in the artistic season 2020/2021, responding to the needs of the times and wanting to provide all of you with free and safe participation in the Philharmonic events while maintaining high acoustic and technical values, for the first time we will launch the opportunity to participate in concerts broadcast from the Symphony Hall via the streaming platform. Following the example of other music institutions in Poland and around the world, we are launching an exclusive streaming platform on which the Philharmonic concerts will be broadcast.
Online purchase of concert tickets and access to broadcast concerts will be possible directly from the Philharmonic website, where, after clicking the online Philharmonic icon, you will be redirected to a platform where you will be able to purchase a ticket allowing access to the concert for 24 hours from the premiere or up to 72 hours.
The concerts enabling this form of online participation are marked with a graphic symbol in the season program and the event calendar on the Philharmonic website.
Detailed instructions on this form of participation in Philharmonic concerts will be posted on the website and the Philharmonic's social media on August 27, 2020. The online sale of tickets for broadcast concerts is planned for September 1, 2020.
