We have gathered in one place all the most important information that will allow you to quickly and easily apply to our youth orchestra. This year, we have greatly simplified all procedures to make recruitment for our project as simple and transparent as possible. So to the point, here's how to become a member of the International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra in five easy steps.
Step 1
In the menu, find the SCORES tab. Check the required pieces for your instrument, download the sheet music and prepare your video recordings. Scores and pieces for all instruments are available here.
Step 2
Once you have finished your recording (with or without accompaniment – it's up to you) put it as an unlisted video on YouTube.
Step 3
Prepare your CV in PDF or docx format.
Step 4
Open the recruitment form on our website. Register or log in if you already have an account with us.
Step 5
Fill out the recruitment form. Provide your basic contact details, attach links to the required videos and your CV, and click send.
Please note that the deadline for submitting the recruitment form is:
April 30 – 11:59 p.m. – all instruments except brass instruments
May 10 – 11:59 p.m. – only brass instruments
We will inform you about the recruitment results by e-mail on May 15, 2023. The line-up of the orchestra will also be made public on our website.
