He is also the one who arranges accommodation, food, and transport of the orchestra and instruments to places near and far. Moreover, he supervises the course of the workshops and solves all minor and major technical, organizational and financial problems… yes, he rarely sleeps.

In the ILYO team she takes care of… you! From supervising the auditions, responding to e-mails, to the entire organization and course of workshops at the Szczecin Philharmonic. She watches over literally every detail. In 2017, she played in the International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra herself, so she knows perfectly well what it looks like from your perspective. She became associated with the Szczecin Philharmonic for a long time thanks to the Music.Multimedia.Management program, which moved her from behind the desk to backstage. He has been working with ILYO as a coordinator since 2022.
