ILYO goes global! We are happy to announce that young musicians from as many as 19 countries have already sent us their applications. All those who have not yet done so, we strongly encourage you to join the only international youth orchestra in Poland – International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra. We accept your applications only until May 15 (23:59 CET).
Since we are a youth orchestra based in Poland (Szczecin), it is natural that Poles lead the way in the applications. However, we are pleased with the growing number of applications from other countries with each edition. We have always wanted our youth orchestra to connect young, talented musicians across all divisions and borders. And this dream became a reality!
This year, musicians from many European countries sent us their recordings, including: Spain, Croatia, Slovenia, Sweden and Finland, and even Macedonia and Bulgaria (to mention just a few of them). But that's not all! We have applications from even such distant countries as China, South Korea, Venezuela, Singapore, Canada and the USA.
And the registrations are still going on! Don’t miss the opportunity to join our truly international musical family, the recruitment ends on May 15 at 23:59 CET.
