Recruitment open
This year we have simplified the recruitment rules for ILYO. Other pieces are required, and the recruitment itself has already begun. We are waiting for applications from March 1st to April 30th. Pleas note: other aplication dates apply for musicians playing the brass instruments.
International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra, the only fully international youth orchestra in Poland, announces auditions for all instrumental sections. To meet the expectations of young musicians, we have simplified the recruitment rules. Here is a short instruction on how to apply for our project.
For musicians playing the following instruments: violin, viola, cello, double bass, oboe, flute, clarinet and percussion:
ATTENTION: The application deadline has been extended for all instruments till May 15, 11:59 pm CET.
For musicians playing the following instruments: violin, viola, cello, double bass, oboe, flute, clarinet and percussion:
- Go to the SCORES tab and check what pieces are required in the recruitment process. Download sheet music and prepare the required recordings. Please note: scores for brass instrumements will be made available on March 10.
- Prepare your CV in PDF or docx format.
- Register / Login on our website.
- Till April 30, fill out and send the recruitment form (except brass instruments). If you play the French horn, trombone, trumpet or tuba, fil out and send the recruitment form till May 10. Attach your CV and provide links to your videos (upload them on YouTube as unlisted videos)
- Information about the recruitment results will be announced on May 15.
