We invite you to ILYO concerts - book your ticket now
This year the International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra will play two concerts. This is a unique opportunity to listen to our young, talented instrumentalists live in two absolutely extraordinary concert halls. So don't hesitate and book your tickets today. We invite you to Berlin and Szczecin!
Our first concert will take place in the main hall of the famous Konzerthaus in Berlin. On August 17 at 20:00 ILYO will play as part of the prestigious international festival of youth orchestras, which has been organized since 2000 in the German capital – Young Euro Classic. You can buy tickets for this extraordinary event HERE

We will play the second concert in the beautiful golden hall of the Szczecin Philharmonic, on Friday, August 19 at 19:00. The award-winning philharmonic hall has been the home of ILYO from the very beginning of our orchestra, i.e. from 2013. This extraordinary concert will be the culmination of the 10th jubilee edition of the project. Tickets are available! You can buy them HERE.

And what about the programme? International Lutosławski Youth Orchestra (ILYO) is one of the few young symphonic ensembles in the world specializing in 20th century music. Young, talented musicians will play works by Mieczysław Karłowicz, Witold Lutosławski and Béla Bartók. And all this with the participation of an outstanding cellist – Marcin Zdunik, who has already performed, among others at Carnegie Hall in New York, Cadogan Hall in London and Rudolfinum in Prague, and is a regular guest at prestigious music festivals, such as the BBC Proms in London or Progetto Martha Argerich in Lugano. ILYO will be led by maestro Ayyub Guliyev – artistic director and chief conductor of the National Opera in Baku (Azerbaijan), which he took over a year after his enthusiastic debut at Carnegie Hall and the Vienna Konzerthaus.

Here is our ambitious programme:

Mieczysław Karłowicz – "Bianca da molena" op. 6 (1900)
Witold Lutosławski – Violoncello-Konzert (1970)
Béla Bartók – Konzert für Orchester Sz. 116 (1943-44)

We can’t wait to meet you at our concerts! See you soon!
